Fitness on Demand Studio (Gilbert Street)

Short on time? Want to workout but don’t know exactly what to do? Want to simply workout on your own? Introducing our new Fitness on Demand Studio at our Gilbert Street Fitness location! Choose from hundreds of different workout options on the iPad kiosk located on the wall just outside of the room, and it will play on the big TV in the studio for you to follow along with. Choose from all different types of workouts such as upper body, lower body, yoga, cycling and even dance classes. The room is first come first serve so get it while it’s hot!
